At Sepia Homes, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, in the event that you receive a product with manufacturing defects, we have established the following Return and Exchange Policy:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchange
1. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items that have manufacturing defects.
2. To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Unboxing Video Requirement
1. We request that you record an unboxing video of the product upon receipt. This video must clearly show the condition of the item upon opening the package, including any visible defects.
2. This video will be required to process your return or exchange.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team at contact@sepiahomes.com within 48 hours of delivery to report the defect and provide details of your request.
2. Unboxing video along with any relevant photos of the defect.
3. Team will review your request and respond with further instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
1. Customer will be responsible for all courier expenses associated with the return or exchange.
2. Recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over ₹2000, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Time
Your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, your exchange will be processed or a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are non-returnable
that have been used or damaged after delivery.
Items that do not have a manufacturing defect.
