Return & Exchange Policy

At Sepia Homes, we want you to love what you ordered. If for any valid reason you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange under the terms below.

Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 10 (ten) working days from the date you receive your products.

Valid Reasons for Return / Exchange

• The product delivered is damaged

• The product received is incorrect in size, color, or item

• Product is not as described

For damaged products, you must provide photo proof showing the damage at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receipt.

Your email or call must include:

• Order number

• Product name(s)

• Reason for return/exchange

• Photos (if product is damaged or incorrect)

Return / Exchange Conditions
To qualify:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags, seals, and packaging must be intact

• Product must be returned within 5 (five) working days of Sepia Homes acknowledging your request

Returns on sale items or promotional purchases may not be accepted unless otherwise stated.

Return Shipping

Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. You bear the risk of loss or damage during transit back to Sepia Homes.

Credit Notes

If your return is accepted, we will issue a credit note equal to the product value (excluding shipping and duties).
Credit notes are valid for 365 days from the date of issue and can be used on www.sepiahomes.com.

For exchanges, if the new item price exceeds the original order value (excluding delivery), you will be asked to pay the difference.

Refund Exceptions

• Shipping costs, duties, and customs charges are non-refundable

• Credit notes will be issued in place of refunds unless otherwise specified

Returned products must be shipped to the address provided by Sepia Homes at the time of approval.
